Benefit Package Akin Gump offers the SoFi Student Loan Repayment program for first year associates. The firm provides a tax gross up for same sex domestic partner benefits and offers a reimbursement program for adoption related expenses. Akin Gump offers a referral bonus to associates for bringing another qualified associate to the firm. The firm pays DC bar dues/license fees. The Washington office also has an on-site back-up child-care center that provides child care during business hours to children of employees, as well as a transitional child-care.
