The firm offers a voluntary incentivized wellness program where employees can earn up to a certain dollar amount each year by participating in the program.  As part of the program, employees track their steps, create healthy habits, participate in firm wide steps challenges, have access to telephonic health coaches, complete mindfulness sessions, and more.  The firm also offers onsite fitness classes and wellness fairs, free or discounted access to gym facilities, onsite biometric screenings and flu shots, and reimbursements for Weight Watchers and Smoking Cessation.  Additionally, each office has a health station, equipped with a WiFi enabled digital scale and blood pressure machine for employees to utilize at their convenience.  The firm cares about the overall health and wellness of our employees and enjoys making these resources available.
