The firm offers a voluntary incentivized wellness program where employees can earn up to a certain dollar amount each year by participating in the program.  As part of the program, employees track their steps, create healthy habits, participate in firm wide steps challenges, have access to telephonic health coaches, complete mindfulness sessions, and more.  The firm also offers onsite fitness classes and wellness fairs, free or discounted access to gym facilities, onsite biometric screenings and flu shots, and reimbursements for Weight Watchers and Smoking Cessation.  Additionally, each office has a health station, equipped with a Wi-Fi enabled digital scale and blood pressure machine for employees to utilize at their convenience.  The firm cares about the overall health and wellness of our employees and enjoys making these resources available.

The firm launched the Guide + Thrive Program which consists of two components to support the mental health of firm attorneys & staff.  The Guide Care Concierge program consists of Master’s Level or above clinicians who provide short-term mental health support for attorneys and household members.  These individuals assist in identifying and sourcing the right care for the member.  The Thrive Consulting programs embeds a dedicated, consultant/counselor in each firm office.  This Master’s level or above clinician provides support in the areas of career coaching, team building, problem solving, and more both virtually and on-site.
