In the US, we offer bonus and class year credit to incoming associates who join the firm immediately following a clerkship at the Delaware Chancery Court, a State Supreme Court, or Federal Court (USDC level or higher). Federal Court clerkships include all district courts, appellate (or circuit) courts, the Court of International Trade, and US Supreme Court. Bonuses and class credit for any other types of clerkship are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. |

All regular A&O employees who have been employed for at least one year are eligible for Paid Parental Leave for the birth or adoption of a child. Basic Leave Entitlement: 12 Weeks Paid Parental Leave Additional Leave: 8 Weeks Paid Childbirth Disability Leave During Paid Parental Leave, employees continue to receive benefits previously provided - and remain eligible for salary increases and bonuses. |
