Lerner David is committed to retaining and advancing women in a supportive and inclusive workplace.  The Lerner David Women’s Initiative was formalized to provide female attorneys with the tools and support to help them reach their full potential.  We help female attorneys identify their career goals and guide them towards achieving those goals.  We provide networking opportunities and foster business development efforts.  We also provide mentoring and workshops for female attorneys, helping them build on their unique strengths and further develop their arsenal of skills.
